Contract for the provision of paid educational services.

General Provisions and Terms

This document constitutes an official proposal (public offer) by Alexander Gromozonov as an individual applying the special tax regime known as "Tax on Professional Income" (self-employed status), Tax ID (INN): 505396315370, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"—to any legally competent individual or legal representative of a minor, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," to enter into a contract on the terms set forth in this Offer.
This document constitutes a public offer. Acceptance (full and unconditional acceptance of the terms) of this Offer is deemed to occur upon the Customer’s performance of conclusive actions: payment for the Service Provider’s services by any means.
By accepting the offer, the Customer confirms that they have fully familiarized themselves with the text of the Offer; understand the subject matter of the Agreement and the nature of the Services provided; possess the necessary legal capacity to enter into the Agreement; and have provided accurate personal data.

The Website is the Contractor’s online resource located at: https://gromozonov.ru.
Services — personalized educational services (tutoring sessions) in various subjects (mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, economics, and other technical subjects), conducted remotely via the website's platform.
A session is a unit of service provision.

The Service Provider undertakes to provide paid educational services to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for them in the manner and within the timeframes established by this Agreement.
The program, class schedule, and cost shall be determined by the Parties when agreeing upon the training schedule prior to payment for the first session.

Conduct classes according to a pre-agreed schedule.
Provide educational content appropriate to the stated goals and subject matter of study.
To advise the student outside the scope of the lesson within the agreed limits (for example, via messengers, e-mail).
Maintain the confidentiality of the student's personal data and the learning outcomes obtained.

To join the class in a timely manner and follow the established schedule.
Be ready for the start of each lesson, including the preparation of materials and equipment.
Show respect to the teacher and other group members (if the lesson is a group one).
Use the acquired knowledge and skills for educational purposes.

The cost of the service is determined individually or fixed by the tariff indicated on the teacher's website or other resource.
Payment is recommended to be made in advance before the start of the course.
A refund is possible only in cases of significant violations of the terms of this document by the teacher.

All educational materials provided by the Service Provider during the provision of Services are subject to copyright. Copying, distributing, transferring to third parties, or publishing these materials without the written permission of the Service Provider is prohibited.

The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations.
The Customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement out of court by sending a notice to the Service Provider. In such a case, a refund shall be issued in proportion to the unrendered Services, less the expenses actually incurred by the Service Provider (the cost of Sessions already conducted).
