Conditions for online classes

These terms and conditions define the procedure for organizing and conducting online classes (hereinafter also referred to as "classes") by a teacher (tutor) with students through specialized remote interaction platforms.

General provisions

  1. Subject of the agreement: This document regulates the relationship between a teacher and a student in terms of providing educational services remotely, through individual consultations, lessons and other forms of the educational process.
  2. Forms of classes: Classes are conducted exclusively online using our own developed services.
  3. Registration and access: To participate in classes, a student must register at the SCHOOL on the website, ensure a stable Internet connection and technical capabilities for full participation (microphone, software, graphics tablet). The tutor has the right to refuse to conduct classes if the student's technical readiness is insufficient.

Rights and obligations of the parties

Duties of a teacher:

  1. Conduct classes according to a pre-agreed schedule.
  2. Provide educational content appropriate to the stated goals and subject matter of study.
  3. To advise the student outside the scope of the lesson within the agreed limits (for example, via messengers, e-mail).
  4. Maintain the confidentiality of the student's personal data and the learning outcomes obtained.

Student's responsibilities:

  1. To join the class in a timely manner and follow the established schedule.
  2. Be ready for the start of each lesson, including the preparation of materials and equipment.
  3. Show respect to the teacher and other group members (if the lesson is a group one).
  4. Use the acquired knowledge and skills for educational purposes.

Payment and reimbursement of expenses

  1. The cost of the service is determined individually or fixed by the tariff indicated on the teacher's website or other resource.
  2. Payment is recommended to be made in advance before the start of the course.
  3. A refund is possible only in cases of significant violations of the terms of this document by the teacher.
